What you see here are 100 year old classrooms. The building was a Catholic
elementary school. Stage 1 was demolition. We had to move a few walls and clear
the way for new construction. You can see where the original chalk boards were.

Once the demo was complete we started framing. After framing
comes the electrical, plumbing and fire suppression. To save time,
we dry walled one side of the framing so the tapers could begin.

The completed units come with a utility/washer & dryer room, laminate hardwood
